1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating system, antivirus, networks, and printer.

2. Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults.

3. Support all matters related to IT and information system for operational activities.

4. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

5. Maintain all company IT equipment assets (asset management) and liaise with vendors.

6. Purchasing IT equipment within a prescribed budget.

7. Setting up accounts for new users and deals with password issues
1. Currently enrolled in a graduate programme or recently graduated with Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Network Engineering.

2. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, OS (Windows and MacOS).

3. Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

4. Understanding of TCP/IP, IP address and LAN Technology, including switching and routing fundamentals.

5. Understanding basic of computer networking.

6. Proficient in spoken and written English.
