Lead our IT support team by providing direction, training, and ongoing performance management.- Analyze business requirements, conduct planning and perform installation of office network and system- Collaborate with HQ IT engineers and PM to plan and execute new projects- Manage office LAN network, wireless network and VPN operation, maintenance and incident- Manage office server and system operation, maintenance and incident- Maintain detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information- Continuously work on optimizing existing services and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.- Communicate with other teams to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed.- Onsite and remote support for internal users.- Onboarding users across multiple systems and platforms.- Implementing and monitoring office IT security and network.- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for IT initiatives.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related field preferred- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.- Good leadership or experience managing a team.- Strong foundation in information security and IT management frameworks and standards, such as ISO27001- Experience in IT services like Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.- Has a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Having experience in setting up office networks from scratch and designing Wi-Fi network topologies will be given a big plus.- Familiarity with IT security best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.
