Lead our IT support team by providing direction, training, and ongoing performance management.
- Analyze business requirements, conduct planning and perform installation of office network and system
- Collaborate with HQ IT engineers and PM to plan and execute new projects
- Manage office LAN network, wireless network and VPN operation, maintenance and incident
- Manage office server and system operation, maintenance and incident
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information
- Continuously work on optimizing existing services and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Communicate with other teams to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed.
- Onsite and remote support for internal users.
- Onboarding users across multiple systems and platforms.
- Implementing and monitoring office IT security and network.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for IT initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role.
- Good leadership or experience managing a team.
- Strong foundation in information security and IT management frameworks and standards, such as ISO27001
- Experience in IT services like Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
- Has a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having experience in setting up office networks from scratch and designing Wi-Fi network topologies will be given a big plus.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.
