Working location: Jakarta
Key responsibility areas:
- IT system installation in stores: In cooperation with the parent company and local partner companies, modify wiring diagrams, perform wiring work, and make other systems ready for operation in stores.
- Propose modifications to IT systems: Propose modifications to existing programs that are inappropriate for the local Indonesia environment and rules, or make modifications on your own.
- Will be the main contact person for HR management systems, workflow systems, ordering systems, accounting systems, etc., and will work with partner companies and related departments to implement and operate these systems in an appropriate manner.
- System failure handling at stores and headquarters: Serve as the main point of contact for system failures reported by stores and employees, and provide instructions on how to respond appropriately and return to normal operation status (in cooperation with Japan, if necessary).
- Management of the seat reservation system: Implement cooperation with each person in charge based on data updates in accordance with business hours at the time of new store openings and irregularities.
- Ordering panel management: Implement management of ordering terminals in all stores by setting up appropriate placement of product images and decorations, etc.
- Implement new systems: Propose and utilize new systems to improve operations, increase profitability, and avoid risks, in cooperation with Japan.
- Purchase and management of system equipment: Purchase PCs, smartphones, MFPs, etc. at low cost and properly manage them during operation.
- Training and management of personnel who will be subordinates
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT system store implementation
- At least 2 years of experience in proposing IT system modifications
