Drafts and reviews various legal documents, and negotiate on contracts with external partner
- Ensure the Agreements/Contracts/Other legal documents are comply with laws and regulation also with Company's regulation.
- Understand regarding Compliance Policy and ensure the permits and company's governance process comply with laws and regulations also with Company's internal policy.
- Conduct a regularly socialization to all related parties, internal and external regarding the Company's internal policy and/or partner or principal's policy.
- Min Bachelor Degree in Law
- With at least 2-year experience an excellent language skills in English
- Good Communication, Cood Analytical Thinking, Cood Negotiation, Agile, Multi-tasking, Target Oriented and Fast Learner
- Has experienced in HR (Personnel Management) and Legal Permits, Contract Agreements, etc.
- Placement: Jakarta
