It System Admin

What You Will Do

a) Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers

What You Will Need

a) Setting up, maintaining, and updating servers.

b) Configuring and monitoring LANs, WANs, and firewalls.

c) Handling user accounts, profiles, and providing technical support.

e) Ensuring data backups and readiness for disaster recovery.

g) Checking and repairing computer hardware as needed.

h) Overseeing system performance and making adjustments.

i) Maintaining system procedures, configurations, and inventory.

f) Staying updated with the latest technologies and recommending improvements.

g) Coordinating with vendors for system needs and addressing issues.

h) Training users on new technologies and processes.

i) Developing scripts and tools for efficiency.

j) Managing cloud resources and performance.

k) Understand of the operation of supporting devices such as printers, scanners, UPS, Servers, Networks and all other IT devices

l) MCTS Certifications is a plus

Gaji: Rp4.000.000 - Rp4.500.000 per bulan
