It System Staff

**Qualifications**:- Having minimum 2 years working experience in IT Support function- Having good knowledge in various software, hardware, security system, networking, IT services- Have good knowledge server, operating system, MySql SQL, Postgres Database, active directory/domain controller, and pivot table- Have a strong capability in troubleshooting and customer support experience- Ability to multitasking, work under pressure and meet deadlines requires- Excellent communication skills- Highly energetic with inititative and confidence**Responsibilities**:- Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues- Creating a backup and safeguarding the data- Performing system upgrades following new releases- Providing technical support and IT Services to ensure User can engage in producitve- Maintaining internal documentations- Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security
