Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in IT, including hands-on technical work.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, systems, and tools.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and prioritize tasks.
- Project management skills and experience.
