It Technical Support

**Requirements**:

- Experience in IT Technical Support Banking
- Min 2 Years Experience
- Working System: WFO - Shifting Time
- Can work from client's office (office located in Jakarta)

**Field support services**:

- Windows services; Monday to Friday, 08.00 - 17.00 WIB
- To provide maintenance and operation services of the hardware support.
- Software standard support.
- 1st level network support
- Acceptable to remote for troubleshooting.
- Backup and restore data user/server
- Install, upgrade, and replace defective hardware and software components in the field.
- Electrical checking.
- Create work order report
- Asset Management (i.e., Physical Audit, movement report, tagging)

**Field Support Team should be expert in the IT equipment and maintenance which include**:

- Software support
- Network related
- Inventory management.
- Backup management, including Unit.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT Tech Support in banking: 2 years (required)
