It & Technical Support Specialist

**IT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST****Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in one or more of the following**:Maintaining Turnstile / Barrier Gate,** **Access Control and or CCTV,** **Technical and/or IT Support, Maintain Program / Systems, Technical hands-on experience**.- Understand technical **Mechanical- IT Solution in End-user, Network, Application, Public Cloud and Security**.- Ability to map business requirements into technical features.- Ability to **prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure to close the problem**.- Fluent in English (wil be an advantage)- Good in identify and solving the problem**Responsibilities**:- Provide technical solution for customers based on problem facing- Involve in pre-sales and post-sales activities.- Address all related queries on time- Collect and analyze probleM/Feedback from customers to shape requirements, and product features- Report on product performance and its adoption- Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.- Liaise with the user to identify problem, and train customers to use products / solutions effectively (adoption).- Staying current with any ongoing and upcoming client projects and initiatives.**Job Types**: Contract, Trial period contractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- D1-D4 (preferred)**Experience**:- IT: 2 years (preferred)
