**Responsibilities**:

- **Support** for **North America Market**
- **Assumption **on volume will be **20-30 tickets **per hour
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Complete All Ticket Logs
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
