**Job Roles & **Responsibilities**:
- Managing and create internal menu development process including selection menu, recipes, ingredients, budget
- Coordinating and collaborating with various food vendor and suppliers
- Assisting and give feedback for food preparation
- Helping food brand & kitchens to become more efficient or cost effective
- Participate in brand food preparation training to ensure the procedure met with the SOP
- Oversee training to kitchen partner for the food preparation
- Review and give feedback for the quality of the food ingredients before it reach the kitchen partner
**Qualifications**:
- Graduating from culinary studies, foreign education is preferable
- Min.
Experience 5 years as a chef, or having a reputable and knowledgeable successful track record as a chef
- Good knowledge & understanding about frozen food processes is preferred
- Proven ability of kitchen management
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes as well as of cooking techniques and recipes
- Understanding the hygiene and sanitation regulations
- Possess good communication skills & ability to speak English fluently - Ability to work mobile / travel
