Jr. Account Management Sales Executive

Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.- Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus- Handling credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analyses- Claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers- Continuous customer data management / Active participation in maintaining customer contact- Support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations- Customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting- Sales Measures (e. g. price increase) are aligned- Price calculations / preparations - coordination of prices within customer group- Preparing and sending quotations- Managing the returnable containers.- Preparation of sales presentations under direction of sales managers/technology managers- Organization of meetings / events- Project work as requiredQualifications:- You have at least Diploma from Administration, Management, Accounting, Communication, Business, etc- You have working experience 1-3 years in similar position- You have fluent English communication and able to do daily Administration task as Invoicing, Delivery Arrangement, Sales Reporting, Manage Price List, and handle Customer Complaints.- You have experience in using SAP (preferable)- You are experience in Export-Import Mechanism (preferable).**Salary**: From Rp1,234,567 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 10/01/2023
