**About the role**
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Managing relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Developing and implementing robust internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
**What You Will Do**
**_ General:_**
- Working daily in PT PTS South Jakarta (Hybrid);
- You will help Pincapital Environment, to comply with the regulations regarding the Business Process, Tax Treatment, Implementations, Compliance and Planning, etc.
**_ Specifically:_**
- Responsible for consolidated report for Pincap group
- Monitor finance operations
- Monitor cash management system
- Monitor the all the entities activity comply with the tax regulations;
**What You Will Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
**About the team**
As a startup company, the Junior FAT will be under the CCO Office Tribe. We will work with an extraordinary fast growing company. The Leaders are expected to be agile, smart working, flexible but detail oriented. The Leader will be working daily in South Jakarta (PT PTS HQ) and working closely with Pinhome Capital Ecosystem and FAT & CCO Office Team and will be day to day reviewing transactions with the AP & AR team to make sure the transactions, business process, and all the transactions are recorded properly and complied with the GAAP and Indonesian Tax regulation. Involved into the month end closing and report the financial metric (including consolidation report) into Pinhome Capital HQ.
