Jr Mgr Accounting And Tax

1 Supervise monthly financial closing process : ensuring all revenues and costs incurred are recorded properly, reviewing journal entries, reconcile account balances
- 2 Oversees daily accounting & tax operation : review taxes (WHT and VAT) calculation and reporting, monitoring daily financial transactions recording, review AR & AP aging
- 3 Enforce proper accounting methods and policies which comply to the accounting standards and tax regulations
- 4 Provide financial data requested for internal management use and/or external auditors
- 5 Assist business and finance department projects, provide accounting and taxation insights & guidelines

**Requirement**:
1 Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
- 2 minimum 4 years of working experience in the finance/accounting department for a high-growth organization or a start-up company (preferably e-commerce industry)
- 3 Proficiency in MS Excel and GSheets
- 4 Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
- 5 In-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation compliance
- 7 High attention to details and accuracy
- 8 Self-driven, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
- 9 Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 10 Willing to be full WFO in Bandung
