**Role Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and driven Jr OD & PM Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing the performance review process, including collecting, compiling, and reviewing data related to individual performance. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute the performance review process, including collecting, compiling, and reviewing data related to individual performance.
- Assist in the communication process related to the performance management process for employees, such as how to create KPIs, how to conduct the performance review process, etc.
- Support all projects related to performance management, such as workshops, PMS dashboards, etc.
- Conduct performance reviews for contract/probation employees based on individual performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in organizational development, performance management, human resources, or a related area.
- Fundamental understanding of organizational development and performance management principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative work style.
