Jr. Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Product Manager. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in product management. As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with our product manager to assist in the development and execution of our product roadmap and day to day tasks.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end engineers, and data science team, to define product requirements and specifications.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.- Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap.- Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.- Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive product improvements.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.**Preferred Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.- Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools is a plus (such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, etc).- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
