About the Role
As Junior Accounting supports our growth subsequently, we are seeking a Junior Accountant to strengthen our team and will report directly to the Finance Accounting & Tax Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in invoicing, monitoring receivables, and facilitating collection from customers. Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, tax invoice, and bills. Prepare and maintain tax reports, including PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 4(2), and e-faktur. Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external auditors. Support management with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Fulfil any other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum GPA 3,3. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Accounting or Finance field. Proficient understanding of basic accounting procedures and principles. Knowledge of financial accounting systems, tax regulations, and reporting requirements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong multitasking abilities and leverage internal resources. Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is preferred. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Demonstrated commitment to team development through coaching and mentoring.
