Junior Accounting Staff

Vonix began in April 2021 as a new member of Samuel Group, envisioned as a consumer-grade enterprise product in a digital world. We want to democratize the financial services system to be more accessible for everyone.
Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.

Support the preparation of financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Maintain organised and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

handle accounting correspondence with external parties & administration
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university

min. 1 yr experience in Accounting role

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiar with ERP is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
