**Details of the Position**:
- Monthly Accounting and Bookkeeping:
- Coordinate with clients for data and information.
- Assist clients for setting up their Chart of Accounts.
- Perform data entry into XERO (cloud accounting software) or other software as prescribed.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Ensure timely reporting to the team and clients.
- Attend other business outsourcing tasks such as LKPM, BPJS, WLK / WLP preparation and submission for clients.
- Remind clients of their local compliance obligations and attend to their inquiries or consulting needs.
- Liaise with relevant government institutions for status update, day-to-day inquiries, etc.
- Ad-hoc Tax Task:
- Assist with client's onboarding process
- Research on local compliance and accounting standards topics as and when required by the team or client.
- Assist with client's BPJS registration, WLK/WLP lodging registration and other ad-hoc compliance matters.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, fee quotes, agreements, and billings.
- Engage with the finance team to follow up on billings or accounts receivables.
**Preferred Experience**:
**Requirement/Qualification**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Professional certifications like Brevet, CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent tax qualification are a plus.
- Proficiency in the English language is a must for communication with clients and management.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is a plus.
