JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Branch Manager.As Junior Branch Manager, you will primarily work closely and assist Manager in managerial tasks in dedicated branch. Ensure proper staffing levels and manage scheduling.- **Customer Service**: Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high-quality service delivery, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction.- **Sales and Business Development**: Collaborate with the marketing team and Business Development Specialist to meet or exceed branch sales targets. Identify opportunities for business growth and actively participate in local marketing initiatives.- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Implement and enforce security and safety measures within the branch.- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
