Junior Business Legal Intern

Skills Required
- Minimimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Civil or business major
- Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to identify and understand civil law and company business
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Good attention to details, good organization skills and strong work ethic
- Final year college student/Fresh graduate
- Proficient in **English - verbal or written (is a MUST)**
- Creating and review draft contracts agreement until the end.
- Review Lease Agreements, Sales, Purchase Agreements, Inter-Company Agreements, handling legal document corporate and other legal documents to support business company.
- Handle HAKI licen
- Be responsible for the filing of legal corporate documents and the company's business
- Work with other teams within the company (including but not limited to, operational/ HRGA/ finance/ accounting teams) in relation to any legal matters
- Carry out legal and regulatory overview in relation to the company's business
- Provide written / verbal legal advice for any corporate action

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp900.000 - Rp1.000.000 per bulan
