**The Opportunity**

The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products daily. We believe in the value of empowering **Junior Counsel **with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in conducting investigation on allegation case of miss-selling or fraud process done by the sale forces escalated by the Complaint Management Unit or Channel Distribution.
- Assisting in conducting investigation on allegation case of fraud conducted by the employee.
- Assisting in collecting all information and document needed for the investigation.
- Assisting in making AFC Memo (anti-fraud committee memo) which she attended the investigation meeting.
- Assisting in the process of conducting anti-fraud training to sales forces and employee.
- Assisting for Anti-Fraud Working Group Meeting monthly basis. Assisting for Anti-Fraud Committee Meeting every semester basis.
- Giving legal advice to business unit regarding the legal aspect for the simple case escalated by business unit.
- Represent company for case process in BPSK (Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen) in the event the senior staff is unavailable.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Having experience after graduated from the law faculty is preferable
- Proven time management skill
- Willing to learn
