We're looking for a Junior Content Manager to support our teams in helping with managing content and creating visual materials. Requires creativity, organisation, attention to detail, multitasking, and a passion for impactful content and designs.
**Responsibilities**:
Create content following a brand guideline, including visually appealing supporting graphics, images and visual elements.
Manage and update app content through a variety of platforms including CMS and spreadsheet tables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the client's brand.
Support the design team, by updating templated design assets such as banners, social media posts, and website visuals.
Assist with data cleaning and ensuring that all content data is up to date and relevant.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, make revisions, and ensure content meets quality standards and project deadlines.
Support in content sourcing and research where necessary.
Assist in quality assurance testing to ensure designs are error-free and user experience is faultless.
Maintain and organise files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn with the ability to handle feedback and continuously improve skills.

**Essential skills**:
Good understanding of written English to be able to edit text to fit user interface design. English speaker and writer.
Show capability and passion to work within the creative and technology industry.
Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition in design.
Familiarity with digital design processes, including file preparation, prepress, and image optimisation.
Fluent written and verbal English communication.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various clients and platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and handle feedback professionally.
Basic design skills in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite, however training will be given.
