Junior E-Commerce Support

**Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Operations**: Support the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, order processing, and customer inquiries.
**Customer Service**: Provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
**Content Management**:Ensure accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and website content.
**Campaign & Promo**: Assist regular online campaign & promotion, including campaign plan, promo list, and In-App promo collaterals
**Marketing Support**:Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, create engaging content, and optimize product visibility on our e-commerce platform.
**Quality Assurance**:Conduct regular checks on product listings, website functionality, and customer interactions to maintain high standards of quality and user experience.

**Job Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights. Previous experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce is advantageous but not required.
