Junior Graphic Designer (E-Commerce)

Help designers create banners for campaign
- Support designers to resize all banners needs
- Own the assignment; ensure quality across all aspects of project deliverables
- Manage creative output that will comply with the correct output specifications
- Articulate design decisions, leveraging experience, research, and data to build consensus and move the product process forward
- Support design initiatives by sharing your process and knowledge and bringing our processes inside the team to the next level
- Collaborate effectively with creative regional team, campaign team and research team to improve user experience

**Requirement**
- Proficient in **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch/Figma**:

- Attention to detail
- **Fluent in English (spoken and written) (mandatory)**:

- Able to do **simple animation** from **Photoshop**:

- Good design portfolio
- **Immediately available is preferred**:

- **2 years of experience** in graphic design fields (e-commerce, advertising, or graphic house)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with demonstrable ability to articulate creative concept and research
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

**Working arrangement**:
WFO from Monday to Friday at Capital Place, Jakarta Selatan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,500,000 per month
