About The Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Growth Analyst to join our Transport Strategy & Planning team at Gojek in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping data-driven strategies to enhance transactions, drive customer acquisition, and improve retention of our GoRide and GoSend services. You will contribute to the implementation of demand generation initiatives, analyze customer behavior to generate actionable insights, and support optimization efforts that fuel the growth of our core businesses.
\n What You Will DoExecute demand generation initiatives aligned with data-driven insights and strategic business objectivesDevelop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and assess the effectiveness of growth initiativesProvide actionable insights and recommendations through funnel conversion analysis, cohort analysis, and user segmentationUncover growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapeCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Marketing, Product, Research, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of growth strategiesPrepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders What This Role NeedsBachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields is preferred Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools is preferredDemonstrated understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimizationExperience in creating dashboards and using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Looker Studio)A structured problem-solving approach with attention to detailStrong communication skills and a team player mindsetEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
