EF was founded in Sweden in 1965 with just one teacher and a big dream of "breaking down the barriers in language learning both regionally and culturally". Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Manage registration, deletion, updating, and payment processes for BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Manage registration, deletion, updating, and payment processes for Health Insurance
Assist with the recruitment process by issuing Letter of Offer & Employment Agreements (for specific positions only)
Create Employment Agreements for contract renewals, addendums, and monitor employee contract and probation status
Calculate monthly overtime for Office Boy
Assist in the offboarding process by creating Resignation & Release Statement and collecting Exit Clearance Checklist.
Assist in the yearly Performance Review process
Prepare Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan for each branch (yearly)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 0-1 years of experience in HR administration. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HRIS software (preferred) and Microsoft Office
Openness to constructive feedback and proactive in self-improvement
