About the Job The Junior Loan Officer's mission is to support the efficient and compliant expansion of Xendit's lending operations in the Philippines. This role will act as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, timely loan disbursements, and adherence to company policies. At least 1–2 years of experience in a lending, accounting, or financial role in the Philippines is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage borrower relationships effectively Knowledge of basic lending processes, compliance requirements, and financial documentation is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suites Responsibilities Borrower Relationship Management Serve as the main liaison between the company and our B2B clients Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention Represent Xendit with professionalism and integrity, ensuring that the company's values, goals, and brand identity are communicated clearly to clients Borrower Onboarding, Documentation, Compliance & Monitoring Assist new borrowers in the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified Coordinate the scheduling of loan disbursements with borrowers and preparing the necessary documents required to disburse Ensure that the required documents for a borrower to avail are on-hand and met, prior to any actual loan disbursement Proactively monitor scheduled loan disbursements and payment, create Statements of Accounts to remind the borrowers, and ensuring loan payment due dates are met Prudently monitor repayment history of borrowers, identify & escalate potential red flags internally Update and Transcribe Borrower Data Accurately and efficiently transcribe and interpret data from the borrower to support internal decision-making Maintain meticulous organization to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of financial information Uphold confidentiality standards and collaborate with relevant teams to address discrepancies or validate data as needed Collaborations Work closely with cross-functional teams (Credit risk, Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, etc.) to ensure that client needs are met and even exceeded Provide valuable insights to help shape company strategies
