Junior Manager HRD GeneralistDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, such as:- Manage and monitor activities to fulfill manpower needs, ManPower Planning (MPP), recruitment, selection, placement, to orientation of new employees.- Understand GA- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues- Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interview, placement)- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance- Monitor job analysis & work load analysis process- Maintain payroll and benefits programREQUIREMENTS:- Max. age of 45 years old with min. Bachelors or Master's Degree in Psychology, HR Management- Has excellent knowledge in HRGA- At least 5 years experience as HRGA Manager- Can quickly adapt to the strategic changes of the company and grow together with the company.- Good communication skills- Having good interpersonal, leadership, dynamic and has analytical thinking**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- HRD: 5 years (required)
