Junior Merchandiser

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research on trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor and analyze competitor products, identifying opportunities and potential challenges.
- Assist in the strategic planning of eyewear inventory, considering market demand and seasonal trends.
- Implement efficient inventory management practices, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze sales performance and inventory metrics.
- Prepare regular, detailed reports highlighting key trends, sales patterns, and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from Mathematics or Statistic
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience as Merchandiser (preferably from retail industry)
- Comfortable working with numbers, organized, strong analytical skills, good detail orientation.
- Advance in Excel
- Knowing to use Data Visualization tools is preferable
- Strong coordination & interpersonal skill
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
