JOB DESCRIPTION
Employee Status : PKWT
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on the progress and condition of mining activities.
- Aid in the development of mine plans and designs, including pit layouts, drilling patterns, and blasting plans.
- Assist in preparing detailed engineering designs and documentation for mining projects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret geological and operational data to support mining decisions.
- Prepare and present technical reports and summaries on project status, performance, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental guidelines in mining operations.
- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide technical support and solutions for mining equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to optimize mining operations.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of mining engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in mining software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Mine Planning Software).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing conditions.
- Willingness to work in a remote mining environment and adhere to safety protocols.
