**About the Role**:
Apart from running our own program, we also participate in the government's efforts to better the Indonesian workforce, by contributing through the** Kartu Prakerja** program by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. This program aims to develop workforce competency and increase the productivity and competitiveness of the Indonesian workforce.
As a Junior Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and verifying data from multiple sources to ensure alignment and accuracy within the Kartu Prakerja program.
More specifically, you will be responsible to:
- Conduct daily reconciliation of data from various sources, including PMO, Digital Platform, and internal databases, to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders to address findings and escalate issues for resolution.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage and monitor key data sets, including redemption status, course completion records, and day-to-day performance metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.
**Requirements**:
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has and/or is strong at:
- **Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail**: you will be dealing with multiple data sources involved in the Kartu Prakerja program, meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical skills are exceptionally important for this role as it ensure accurate verification and reconciliation of data, laying the foundation for informed decision-making and program success.
- ** Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: you will need to collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- ** Proactive Problem-Solving Abilities**: Proactivity in identifying and addressing discrepancies and issues is vital for maintaining data integrity and program effectiveness. With proactive problem-solving abilities, potential challenges are anticipated and resolved swiftly, you will minimize disruptions and ensure the smooth functioning of program operations.
- ** Ability to Prioritize Tasks and Manage Responsibilities**: with multiple responsibilities at hand, effective task prioritization ensures that critical data verification and reconciliation activities are completed on time, contributing to the overall success of the Kartu Prakerja program.
- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel**: as you will be dealing with data on your day-to-day, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing and analyzing large datasets efficiently to facilitate accurate reconciliation and insightful reporting.
- ** Other**:degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Finance, or Management will be a plus.
