**Junior Operator - PT Vopak Terminal Merak**
**Work Location : Merak, Banten**
**Key Results Areas**:
- Has to prepare and lineup equipment/system and attend to berthing/ de-berthing of vessels, movements of products to and from vessels and between tanks and other operational activities including proper documentation.
- Monitor all operation machines and equipments are operated and maintained in line with company operating standards and ready to use in any time
- Check the products waste in all aspects, notify the concerned persons and find the way to protect it.
- Practices good housekeeping and safety at work.
- Keeps proper records of all oil movements and tank inventory; alerting the planner for the replenishment of utility fuel and water
- Clean & set pipe & tanks for product flow under operational Team Leader supervision
- Carries out preventive maintenance and assists technician as and when necessary in repair work.
- Identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions highlight and report abnormal observations.
- Liaises with surveyors or owners representatives to carry out gauging, sampling and temperature reading consistent with approved procedures.
- Records all pumping start/stop times and delays for vessels at jetties
- Comply with operation risk matrix
- Comply with PT Vopak Terminal Merak Safety Health Environment Policy
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Number of customer complaint.
- Number of machine break down
- Percentage of product waste.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum High Technical /Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering or in relevant
- 1-2 year experiences, hand-on knowledge of terminal operations
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Working knowledge of products, SHE and equipment maintenance essential
- Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress critical
- Demonstrated strong team work skills critical
