Junior Recruiter

Founded in 2016, Terra Drone is a leading drone and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) technology with a mission of "Unlock the sky." Also, Terra Drone is the first Asian startup to raise funding from Wa'ed Ventures, the venture capital arm of the oil and gas giant and the 2nd biggest company in the world by market cap, Aramco.Headquarters is in Japan, a global startup preparing for IPO. We have a total of 5 overseas subsidiaries, most were acquired through a merger. Terra Drone Agri was acquired&rebranded by Terra Drone Japan this year and we are looking for a senior recruiter. This role is responsible to drive the business growth, and to implement HR work flow for smooth running of the business communicating with the HQ in Japan and the subsidiary in Malaysia.**Responsibilities**- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, partnership with external stakeholders)- Research and choose job advertising options- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs- Participate in job fairs and career events- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partnersAny ad-hoc and administrative tasks**General Requirements**- Minimum Experience Level: Min 1 year- Career Level: Entry Level- Minimum English Level: Business Level- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree- Minimum 1+ year of experiences in recruiting- 1+year of sales experience would be advantage- Organized with attention to detail and a high sense of internal control.- Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.- Flexible and willing to accept new challenges.- Skilled in MS Office, especially excel.- Business level English.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuUpah: Rp400.000.000 - Rp600.000.000 per bulanTenggat Lamaran: 05/06/2024Tanggal Mulai yang Diharapkan: 05/06/2024
