Junior Researcher

Plan and conduct product research projects using various qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Generate research insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
- You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Business Development, Operations, and other teams to ensure that your research will impact users, business goals, and the organization.
- Advocate curiosity and empathy towards users across the organization. Additionally, you must adapt and innovate research methodologies, and share them with the team to help enrich the team's skills and expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree Agribusiness or related
- 1+ years of experience in palm oil research
- Understand Palm Oil issue
- Up to date for technology
- Be able to empathize with users and have a high initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn more.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to see the big picture while working on the details in a fast-paced environment.

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
