**Job Title: Junior Sales Manager**
**Start Date: ASAP**
**Reports To: Sales & Marketing Director**
**Role Purpose**: Be a solo contributor to ensure hitting our sales & revenue targets and number of viewings and bookings every month.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's tenants base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting tenant relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and analyses.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience in co-living/ prop-tech is a plus
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a sales manager and leading a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Familiar with sales targets and able to create sales strategies
- Highly motivated, dedicated, and have a 'can-do attitude
- Problem-solving and data analysis skills
