At L'Oréal, our commitment is to ensure that our activities are respectful of the so-called "Planetary Boundaries", meaning what the planet can withstand, as defined by environmental science.The Sustainability Manager plays a key role in ensuring L'Oreal Indonesia and all of its sites are adhering to this objective and orchestrating all efforts to achieve this ambition.**Key Job Accountabilities**- Support and supervise taskforce to ensure the completion of L'Oréal sustainability roadmap in 6 big topics: waste, water, energy, community, biodiversity, and finance.- Planning and leading the existing of L'Oréal foundation programs namely: Beauty For a Better Life and L'Oréal - UNESCO For Women in Science and working closely with NGO and communities in its execution.- Supervising, analyzing, and reporting our social and environmental impact and working closely with procurement and supply chain in providing its financial and non-financial report.- Working closely with internal and external coms team to communicate sustainability commitment through varies media and KOL engagements.- Managing and liaising the key stakeholders (government, NGOs, associations, etc) through several engagements and discussions.**Technical & Professional competencies required**- Strong expertise and activism character on the topic of sustainability & community empowerment- Strong oral communication and special talent in writing (English & Bahasa)- Strong storytelling capabilities, analytical, interpersonal and coordination skills- Mastery of data analytics, insight generation, and reporting- Mastery of communication techniques and tools- Excellent digital & social listening, digital savvy- **Please visit "Your Application Space" to see the jobs you have already applied to. **:
