**What You Will Do At Quant Matter?**
- Execute manual and automated trades across multiple asset classes.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to identify trading opportunities.
- Develop and implement trading strategies using both technical and fundamental analysis.
- Build and optimize algorithmic trading models.
- Risk Management to minimize risk
- Collaborate with other traders and portfolio managers to optimize trading strategies
- Contribute to the overall performance of the trading desk.
- Stay up-to-date with market news and developments
- Learn and adapt to new trading strategies as needed
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of trading experience or fresh graduates with strong passion and want to grow from scratch.
- Prior self-trading experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies.
- Experience in coding (Python and C++) and algorithmic trading is a plus.
- Can do attitude
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
