Kepala Qa Qc

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Control all performance of Incoming & Outgoing QC and Inprocess QC

2. Implement the work plan that has been made by the QA Manager in the QC section so that quality targets can be achieved optimally

3. Arrange personnel placement, delegate tasks to subordinates to ensure that personnel work in accordance with SOP and WI

4. Control the accuracy of measuring instruments in the QC Section

5. Coordinate with subordinates, superiors and between departments to communicate all obstacles that occur and determine corrective actions

6. Carry out management and development planning for Human Resources in the QC Section

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other majors.
- Experience as a Supervisor in Printing and Packaging Manufacturing Quality for at least 3-5 years
- Have practical experience of at least 2 years in the appropriate field (doc. Control, inspection with customer 3rd party)
- Proficient in Windows & MS Office computers
- Mastering the quality system
- Understand customer audit & follow up inspection, supervise QC Inspector, maintain the QMS
- Strong will to complete work according to target in terms of time, quantity and quality
- Have good analytical and leadership abilities and skills
- Understand food packaging materials
- Pay attention to details
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional squads with developers, project managers, and product owners
- Able to speak English verbally and in writing
- Speak Mandarin is a plus
