As Key Account Manager for B2B Industrial & Heavy Equipment OEM you will be driving the strategic partnership with several existing major global accounts and work collaboratively with local, regional and global stakeholders to expand Shell's presence in the OEMs Industry.
- Accelerate the B2B growth in Industrial & Heavy Equipment OEMs in alignment with the Full Potential strategy and New Sectors Breakthrough.
- Leading business expansion to partners and pipeline through consistent and highly effective relationship management and cross selling activities of all the potential product pipeline of genuine oil/ branded lubricants, grease, services, and coolants.
- Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with key accounts and to co-ordinate the activities of all service providers supporting these accounts to achieve the overall sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be required to spend significant time on the field visiting customers and prospects.
- Ensure practices Imperative behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell Business Principles;
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions to assist sales in resolving complex issues and improve customer satisfaction on daily basis.

**What we need from you**
- A minimum bachelor's degree (from any field).
- A minimum +10 years working experience as Sales and Business Development Role from OEMs operating in Heavy Equipment, Power or other Industrial sectors are highly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales & comfortable in hunting new opportunities, developing network & contact matrix across variety of levels as well as experience in managing business complexities of Global Accounts.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills in English is a must. Any additional language proficiency such as able to speak & write in Mandarin or in Japanese will be a significant advantage for the applicants.
- Comfortable in dealing with numbers and possess solid analytical capability to ensure values are captured through robust commercial and pricing strategy.
- Solid Understanding of supply chain, demand/supply planning and portfolio development process.
