- High Data driven in making decision by assessing, analyzing and acting towards attaining continuous improvement
- Minimum 2 years experiences in managing Key Account/Field Sales Team, preferably in Pharmacy Industry with proven track records growing high performing teams
- Good listener and strong communicator in multicultural environment
- Experience in capturing requirement and undestanding business process
- Having advanced skill in MS. Office
