Responsibilities :
Achieving the sales revenue target and other KPI target
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between accounts and PT Health Today Indonesia.
Resolving key client issues and complaints.
Collaborating with the sales team and related department (Operational, Marketing, and Finance) to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
Analyzing account's data to improve the accounts capability
Expanding relationships and bringing in new potential clients/customers.
Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.
Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus to achieve sales goals.
Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
Ensures sales activities follow company regulations, policies and procedures.
Requirements :
Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in related field.
Aged maximum 35 years.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in sales or key account management.
Preferably Beverage category trained, as it will be easier to interact with target audience, stakeholders (e.g. R&D team), Beverage Menu developers across the range of key accounts.
Culinary F&B experience is an advantage.
Result-oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in business process.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both speaking & writing is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Willing to be placed in or relocate to Jakarta area.
