Key Account Manager with experiences in F&B sector
- Around 10 years of experience in FMCG
- Experience managing Modern Trade channel is a must

**About the role**:
You will be responsible to lead and support the Modern Trade channel in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a highly ambitious, dynamic individual who has the drive to excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies while leading the nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development department in providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department, and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

**Key Requirements**:

- Around 10 years of experience as a national sales manager or related role
- Proven success in the FMCG sector preferably with exposure in beverages or dairy sector
- Experience managing Food / Beverages category is a must
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with outstanding negotiating skill
- Strong communication and team management skills and able to leverage on the analysis of data with a problem-solving attitude
