**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**
**OBJECTIVES**
- Manages relationship of a defined number of CSI/MNC and SC customers and prospects in a particular sector (serves as primary contact for the customer; coordinates the account e.g. with regards to Trade Lane involvement)
- Seeks and prospects for Strategic Customer targets to win new customers
**JOB DUTIES**
- Seeks and prospects for CSI/MNC targets to win new customers, (new customer: no trading on the last 12 months)
- Retain and grow customer additional business and increase share of wallet
- Ensures that Key Account activities are aligned with global/regional sector strategy
- Delivers the regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good contractual performance and proactive thinking
- Works on regional customer initiatives and for implementing global business plan contents
- Plans and manages accounts
- Collects relevant customer information for the RFI/RFP/RFQ and prepares documents for customer implementation in order to ensure proper operational handover and implementation to meet customer expectations (SLA's & SOP's)
- Coordinates with RCM on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews, etc.
- Updates RCM and executive sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring business critical issues awareness in place
- Consults RCM and Sector Heads on potential solutions and best practice
- Completely uses DGF ISell/CRM and maintains ISell/CRM data quality
- Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation including actively participate in all QHSE program
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Education background minimum Bachelor Degree, Master Degree is an advantage
- Experience in Sales and Marketing minimum 2 years, logistic background is an advantage
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Computer Literacy is a must
- Results oriented without compromising Respect
- Has all technical competencies that required by the position
