**JOB OVERVIEW**
We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Senior Sales (SS) to regularly visit each branch within the region to ensure that sales strategies are being instituted and that sales goals are achieved. The SS's responsibilities include evaluating the work done by managers, and analyzing sales trends.
The main role of SS is to ensure the target good achievement, month after month by developing competency level of his/her target.
SS is an independent profit center for company as he/she will have to minimize the cost and maximize the profitability for the company.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, an annual statements, analyses, and sales reports to Board of Directors
- Determine long and short term sales goals and strategies
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues
- Determine the company's gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
- Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
- Promptly responding to customer requests and collecting customer feedback as well as market research
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor/Master's degree major in pharmacy
- Minimum 5 years of senior sales and marketing experience in pharma and working with chemical pharma industry
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent leadership, organizational, work as a team and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Integrity, honest, firm, disciplined, committed, responsible, willing to take risks, able to make decisions quickly and accurately and can be trusted
