Kol & Affiliate Specialist

Push Tiktok & Shopee Affiliate Marketing.
- Onboard and manage Affiliator with different tiering and reach across various categories (especially Tiktok KOL's).
- Grow list of existing Affiliators database.
- Establish & maintain relationship with Affiliator.
- Create and execute marketing programs for Affiliator.
- Cross-collaboration and coordination with different teams to build and maintain creator ecosystme.
- Recap and measure Affiliator performance and result.
- Negotiate with KOL's and budget management
- Data analysis, feedback, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 or more years of experience in talent management, community management, influencer markting, agency live, or related fields.
- Very familiar with Tiktok Livestream and Tiktok Affiliate.
- Rich Influencers resources preferred.
- Exprience in spotting, grooming, managing, and monitoring potential talents or creators.
- Excellent in presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Agile, great communicators, and great collaborators.
- Comfortable with the fast-paced working style, organized, dedicated, with ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing in both, English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to do quantitative data analyses for media reporting and optimization.
- Have excellent negotiation skills to deal with KOL's and mechants.
- Excellent with Microsoft Documents, Google Documents, and creating agreement letters.
- Able to join **ASAP.**:
