Conceptualize, lead and manage demand-driving strategy involving a list of KOLs and Affiliates across food, lifestyle, and popular culture.

Maintain ROI of each KOL-related activities and events.

Manage full spectrum of KOL campaign execution from approaching and dealing to monitoring and reporting.

Become good spokesperson and continuously expand influencers database.

Increase brand awareness, brand buzz and credibility through KOL campaigns.

Provide cross-functional support on all brand and communication initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field with 3.0 and above GPA from reputable university.

Proven 2-3 years working experience in KOL/Influencer Management. FMCG industry is preferred.

Outstanding problem-solving, data-driven, project planning and communication skill.

Experienced working with broad range of talents or mega Influencers in making successful KOL campaigns, preferably with Food-fluencers and Mom-fluencers

Understand 3rd party app for KOL scouting is a plus.

Willing to work at Jakarta HQ.
