Oversee and manage the KOL & Creative team responsible for providing specialist marketing support to all brands within Hangry, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of marketing materials and initiatives.
Coordinate and prioritize marketing requests from different brand teams, collaborating closely with brand managers and other stakeholders to allocate resources appropriately and meet project deadlines.
Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows within the shared services function to optimize productivity and enhance the quality of work, ensuring smooth and streamlined operations.
Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the KOL & Creative team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members, promoting professional growth and maintaining a high level of performance.
Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and initiatives from the shared services team to various brand teams, maintaining brand consistency, adhering to deadlines, and upholding the overall quality standards of Hangry's marketing communications.
Will be managing a team of KOL associates who will assess and pick the right KOL for their brands and maintaining the effectiveness of those activities.
Will be managing a team of creatives (designers, content producers, photographers) which will support the brand team in doing their activities.
Bachelor's degree - Management, Marketing, PR, Communications major are preferable
Minimum 5 years experience and 1-2 years managing a team
