Create, plan, and manage campaign, marketing, or event strategy involving influencers, Kol's across food, beauty, retail industry
Manage communications and build relationships with media, Kols, talent management and third-party agencies
Research and identify Kols across multiple digital platforms
Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationslhips with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), coordinating for requirements, timeline, and deliverables
Develop content brief and review Kols creative draft
Monitor and optimize each Kols performance
Handle the product sample or visit schedule that will be sent to Kol
Concepting, producing video contents, with the focus of internal Aitimedia group Tiktok & Instagram Reels
Research and know the latest music and video trends in Instagram & TikTok
Bachelor's degree in ommunications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, content or campaign planning
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practicesKnowledge of influencers (ideally within food, fashion, beauty, wellness, fitness, etc.) and influencer rates
